  • 120 V motor with frequency converter for continuously variable working speed: 0–40 ft/min - huge advantage for rounding the panels and for one-sided profiling

Profiling

  • Fabrication of the profile for the single or double-lock standing seam
    seam height 1″
  • Working width between 11⅝ and 32″ continuously adjustable by hand wheel over two spindles
    ⇒ panel width about  8½–28¾″
  • Inlet guides easily and precisely adjustable (measure correction on the profile)
  • Clean profile, poor in tension, made by eight hardened roll forming stations
  • 8th forming station for aligning the panels and for curving the panels – convex or concave – smallest radius about  20′
  • Cut‐proof, extremely resilient polyurethane coated drive rollers
  • Electronic preset counter
  • Also for profiling short (min. length 20″) or tapered panels

Cutting

  • Manual cross-cutting facility with handle turn-down for safe transport
  • Burr-free, clean cut
  • Comfortable feed by hand wheel
  • Model 0420S additionally with longitudinal-cutting facility. Desired panel width displayed and adjustable at the hand wheel/position indicator.
